Responsibilities
Manage multiple capital construction projects at a given time working on development of schedules, scopes, and budgets up to $100M
Track project deliverables, change orders, contracts, and analyze invoicing to ensure accuracy
Identify business and system requirements for higher efficiency internally
Process internal databases including contractor payment authorizations, project change orders and requests, contracts, etc
Execute project close out activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
7+ years of experience supporting heavy construction projects
Preferred
Experience with project documentation including invoicing, contracts, etc
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
