Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program execution for the decommissioning of TIBCO and migration to the Solace messaging platform
Drive planning, sequencing, and execution across multiple application migration workstreams and system dependencies
Partner closely with application teams, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful adoption of the new platform
Establish and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and delivery commitments across teams
Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies early, and drive mitigation strategies to keep the program on track
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and hold teams accountable to committed timelines despite competing priorities
Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and confidently to senior and executive leadership
Ensure strong documentation, governance, and transparency across all phases of the migration
Identify opportunities to optimize migration processes, improve consistency, and accelerate delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience working in enterprise technology environments
3+ years of experience in Enterprise or Technology Program Management leading large, cross-functional initiatives
Proven track record leading enterprise platform migrations, system integrations, or large-scale technology implementations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and application team migrations
Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and modern application ecosystems
Experience working in Agile or SAFe Agile delivery environments and tooling
