Responsibilities
Perform operational and cleanup tasks in production areas, including preheater and cooler systems
Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, loaders, skid steers, and other plant machinery
Assist with maintaining mechanical systems and supporting preventive maintenance activities
Complete operational checklists and accurately document production and equipment data
Support troubleshooting efforts based on collected operational data
Inspect assigned equipment during each shift and report maintenance needs
Ensure product quality, production flow, and proper material supply
Work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Participate in training programs to develop technical and operational skills
Promote and demonstrate strong health, safety, and environmental practices
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
2–4 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Associate or technical degree
Experience in heavy manufacturing, cement, mining, or process industries
