Responsibilities
Assemble and align electro-optical systems
Produce sub-assemblies for integration into final products
Perform final testing and calibration of instruments
Troubleshoot circuit boards using oscilloscopes and VOM meters
Perform system interconnections from schematics or wiring diagrams
Read and interpret detailed technical drawings
Assist with in-house servicing of instruments
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience
Coursework in analog and digital circuits
Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience troubleshooting AC/DC systems
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on ability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter
Preferred
1–2 years of related experience
Knowledge of MS Office
