Responsibilities

The Cash Application Poster is responsible for posting of all insurance and patient payments on a daily basis

This position will also help in the reprocessing of claims due to denials posted while applying insurance payments

The Cash Application Poster supports the organization with posting monies to patient accounts on a daily basis, posting denials to patient accounts for tracking purposes, posting contractual adjustments to patient accounts and transfer deductibles to patient responsibility, organizing refund requests from insurance companies with required documentation and assisting with claim resubmission projects when necessary
