Responsibilities
Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work
Help to supervise projects involving subcontractors and be the main point of contact for the customer during the project
Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects
Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects
Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation
Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete
Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., roofing, gutters, windows, etc
Follow all safety procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs
Daily travel in the home market
Preferred
Military service is a plus
