Responsibilities
Own end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and maintenance
Serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO and Board
Drive TQM, Lean, Safety and continuous improvement at scale
Lead capital planning, automation, and modernization in aging plants
Build KPI-driven accountability without losing cultural trust
Engage and lead a largely Spanish-speaking workforce (bilingual capability strongly preferred)
Qualification
Required
Experience in multi-site operations within the food manufacturing industry
Ability to scale operations into disciplined, repeatable systems
Strong financial and KPI acumen
Experience in driving TQM, Lean, Safety, and continuous improvement at scale
Experience in capital planning, automation, and modernization in aging plants
Ability to build KPI-driven accountability while maintaining cultural trust
Ability to engage and lead a largely Spanish-speaking workforce
Preferred
Bilingual capability (Spanish)
