Argus Technical Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. The Recruiter will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies across multiple channels including social media management, campus recruitment, and cold calling to generate leads and build talent pipelines

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through effective interviewing techniques

Negotiate employment contracts and employment terms while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations

Utilize research methods to identify passive candidates and develop lead generation activities for hard-to-fill roles such as executive recruiting or specialized technical recruiting

Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining professional communication skills and managing candidate relationships effectively

Required

Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or HR sourcing with a strong understanding of talent management practices

Strong negotiation skills coupled with knowledge of employment & labor law to facilitate compliant hiring processes

Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates through social media management, cold calling, relationship management, and internal stakeholder collaboration

Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating strategic thinking in talent acquisition initiatives like succession planning or training & development programs
