Responsibilities

Design and develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards for enterprise-level reporting

Build and maintain data pipelines to support reporting needs

Develop custom APIs to ingest data from multiple systems, including Jira, SharePoint, Clarity (time tracking), TCH financial systems, Active Directory, and Workday

Consolidate data sources into a centralized data lake for streamlined reporting

Support quarterly, monthly, and weekly reporting cycles

Required

Advanced Power BI experience (complex dashboards, enterprise-level reporting)

Strong data engineering skills, including ETL processes and pipeline development

Minimum 5+ years of experience in BI development and data engineering

Preferred

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation

Knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, Clarity, Workday, and financial systems integration
