Responsibilities

Building a team of highly capable and motivated Property Managers and creating a positive environment to work and provide great service

Assist Regional Vice President (RVP) with special projects

Ensuring customer satisfaction through the property team and resolving resident concerns, when necessary

Owner Liaison – Enhancing relationships with partners, agencies and other entities and maximizing financial performance

Adhering to all guidelines within all applicable government programs (for affordable properties)

Performing quarterly file audits and ensuring discrepancies are corrected

Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials

Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data
