Develop and customize Fluid Interfaces in PeopleSoft to ensure responsive, mobile-friendly user experiences
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into Fluid UI components
Implement and maintain PeopleSoft HRMS functionality, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Optimize application performance across multiple devices and browsers
Qualification
Required
PeopleSoft Fluid Development: Proven experience creating and deploying Fluid pages and components
PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll: Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR and payroll processes
Mobile-Friendly Design: Expertise in building responsive layouts for smartphones, tablets and browsers
Front-End Technologies: Strong knowledge of CSS for styling and layout
Proficiency in HTML for structuring content
Extensive experience with PeopleTools and integration techniques
Preferred
Experience with JavaScript for dynamic UI enhancements
