They are seeking a skilled Epicor Operations Consultant to deliver end-to-end Epicor Kinetic solutions, leading implementations and supporting clients to maximize their Epicor investment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support full lifecycle Epicor Kinetic implementations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, and go-live activities
Manage system upgrades, data migrations, and customizations to ensure seamless transitions and optimized performance
Develop and deliver tailored Epicor solutions based on client operational needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and enhance overall system functionality
Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to users at varying levels of technical proficiency
Conduct system audits and recommend improvements that align with client goals
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations
Stay current on the latest Epicor product updates, modules, and industry best practices

Qualification

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (Epicor Kinetic required)
Proven track record leading or supporting Epicor implementations across manufacturing, distribution, or related industries
Strong knowledge of Epicor customizations, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and workflow optimization
Experience with upgrades and data migrations within Epicor environments
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Excellent communication, client-facing, and project management skills

Preferred

Consulting experience with an Epicor Partner or similar ERP consultancy is a strong asset
