Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy and execution for Azure-based platforms with AI and deep security integration at all levels

Drive enterprise & executive level modernization discussions, including platform re-architecture, migration plans, and cloud adoption strategy

Partner with product leaders to deliver next-gen solutions in banking and lending by thinking Cloud first with specific, tactical AI/ML implementations

Oversee teams such as Cloud Engineering, Testing Automation, Cyber Security, AI/ML Engineers, and focusing on compliance best practices

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for clients, bringing innovation and thought leadership

Ensure security, scalability, and compliance across all deliverables

Qualification

Required

Proven experience as a or Principal Architect in financial services or fintech

Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, AI/ML, and platform security

Hands-on knowledge of DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and automation frameworks

Experience in delivering solutions for banking, lending, or similar fintech platforms

Strong leadership skills to guide, collaborate, and grow engineering teams and client engagements

Excellent communication skills to translate complex technology into business outcomes

Preferred

Relevant certifications (Azure, AI/ML, or CyberSecurity) are a plus
