Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, development contracts, leases, and closing documents
Managing title, survey, zoning, and land-use due diligence
Coordinating with developers, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel to keep deals moving efficiently
Supporting development projects, including entitlements, permitting, and regulatory analysis
Advising clients alongside partners with increasing autonomy and responsibility
