7+ years expTalent Bridge is seeking a General Assistant Superintendent to work closely with the General Superintendent across multiple projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget while overseeing various project management tasks and team leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead Field Project Managers, Field Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, and crews across multiple projects
Attend and contribute to weekly scheduling, progress, and pre-/post-construction meetings
Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs to align project plans with field execution
Translate bid plans into field-ready instructions for crews
Train Superintendents and Foremen on job cost reports, budgets, and project profitability
Coordinate equipment needs and mobilization schedules with Fleet Manager
Meet with project owners to manage change orders, verify design compliance, and resolve issues
Identify training needs for field employees and ensure timely completion
Promote a culture of safety and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience in Construction Management
Minimum 7 years in Heavy Highway or Civil Construction
Required to work on-site at all projects in all seasons
Must comply with all PPE and safety protocols, including respirator requirements
MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
Employee training experience
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Field of Study Preferred: Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management
MSHA Part 46/48 experience
