Responsibilities

Analyze support data to uncover pain points and recommend improvements

Contribute to automation and self-service initiatives to enhance responsiveness

Support workflow optimization to improve user satisfaction

Review product features and data flows for alignment with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Help document and communicate privacy practices across teams

Promote privacy-by-design principles in product development

Assist in coordinating roadmap activities and tracking key milestones

Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution

Help visualize priorities and trade-offs using structured frameworks

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track

Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 30, 2026, through September 18, 2026
