Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing questions and concerns
Provide support to clients via phone and email throughout the entire life cycle of a deal to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Surpass activity metrics, such as outbound cold calls, emails, and capabilities presentations, to help reach quarterly sales goals
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments within the company to facilitate and execute a seamless experience for our clients
Stay on top of industry trends by frequently conducting relevant market research
Uphold the company’s core values of Excellence, Dedication, and Efficiency
Some travel may be required
