Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial and industrial plumbing/piping projects from bid to closeout
Oversee estimation and preconstruction using Quotesoft software
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to field crews and project teams
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and general contractors to ensure project success
Manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
Support the growth of the mechanical division through leadership, business development, and operational excellence

Qualification

Master Plumber’s LicenseCommercial plumbing experienceMechanical piping project managementEstimation skillsQuotesoft proficiencyCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Master Plumber's License required
7+ years of experience in commercial/industrial plumbing and mechanical piping project management
Proven track record in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership
Strong estimation experience; proficiency with Quotesoft is a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Desire to grow with the company and take on a long-term leadership role

Preferred

Previous field experience strongly preferred (so you can relate to and support field teams)
