Responsibilities
Partner with engineering and business leaders to deeply understand, influence, and optimize margins across M365 Consumer; success requires collaboration, curiosity, and self-motivation
Own close, forecast, and planning rhythm-of-business processes, translating insights into clear, high-quality communications that enable informed decisions by M365 engineering and finance leadership
Own detailed financial and GPU capacity modeling to evaluate AI investments, including per-unit and per-feature cost of goods sold (COGS)
Lead AI usage modeling to influence short-term allocation and trade-off decisions and inform long-range (10+ year) capacity planning
Drive and maintain long-range planning for M365 Consumer workloads, partnering with engineering and revenue teams to achieve affordability targets
Identify efficiency opportunities and drive execution in partnership with stakeholders

Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Advanced degree or MBA
5+ years of relevant experience with progressive advancement within your discipline
3+ year(s) experience in delivering high-value, high-impact projects through both individual contributions and cross-functional team collaboration
3+ year(s) experience in operating at multiple levels—from strategic, high-level initiatives to detailed cost analysis such as Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
4+ year(s) experience in data analysis and financial modeling, including experience working with financial systems and tools
Executive-level communication skills—capable of simplifying and presenting complex analysis clearly
