Responsibilities
Execute routine assays in support of multiple early and late-stage development efforts
Record results in an electronic lab notebook (ELN) for review and release
Gain proficiency in multiple methods
Act as a reviewer of ELN data entries
Present results to an audience of peers and program stakeholders as needed
Contribute to laboratory operations including reagent preparation, consumables restocking, and general cleanup/lab duties
Reinforce safe workplace practices in accordance with company and OSHA policies/procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a focus on life sciences w/ 1+ years of industry experience
Basic knowledge of methods used to characterize cellular and viral material is required
Specific knowledge of flow cytometry, cell-sorters, multicolor assays, and analysis is desired
Motivation and drive to acquire new skills and knowledge
Willingness to work in a regulated industrial environment
Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience with assay automation is desired
Experience with ELN systems is preferred
