Responsibilities

Being the main interface for customer during pre-sales and deployment phases

Proactively monitor customer satisfaction (priority 1) and identify dissatisfaction risks

Define and redefine the client's operational objectives throughout the entire project

Coordinate, manage and monitor resources (humans and materials) dedicated to the projects

Produce expected deliverables according to plan and budget

Project documents for internal monitoring

Definition of project KPIs and performance monitoring
