Install photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential and commercial clients
Lead or assist with layout and assembly of solar racking systems
Read and interpret project site plans and installation specifications
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Document installations and maintain project records
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Follow company safety protocols and OSHA standards
Ensure high-quality workmanship and cost-efficient practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in solar, electrical, roofing, or general construction preferred
Proficient with hand and power tools
Ability to perform tasks in outdoor environments safely
Strong communication, teamwork, and accountability
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks
Preferred
NABCEP certification or equivalent is a plus
