Business Development Center Lead (BDC/ Automotive)
Lamborghini Newport Beach is expanding its operations by developing a Business Development Center to enhance customer experiences in sales and service. The Business Development Center Lead will establish client relationships, follow up on service needs, and manage sales leads to ensure superior customer service in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
Establish relationships with clients while receiving feedback on their visits
Reach out to guests regarding upcoming needed service
Follow-up on recently concluded service appointments
Follow-up on previous sales leads
Follow up on acquisition leads
Qualification
Required
BDC experience is required, (minimum 3 years of experience)
Acting as a first point of contact for our customers
Have a general knowledge of the brands and products we represent
Be willing to work after-hours for events, as needed
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Responds promptly to all inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism
Able to work with little supervision
Ability to work with multiple Department Managers
Ability to Commute/Relocate: Irvine, CA 92618: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education: High school or equivalent
Preferred
Highline experience preferred
Previous experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred
