Responsibilities

Execute client deliverables to high standards of quality and accuracy

Maintain documentation of sound fiduciary and governance processes

Perform detailed document reviews, evaluating for fiduciary best practices, and identifying potential risks to client

Serve as a technical resource for clients, team members, and business partners on plan governance, compliance, and fiduciary best practices

Foster positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Follow team processes and procedures, while evaluating and recommending improvements to increase client satisfaction and team effectiveness, promote efficiency, and maintain high quality standards

Attend client meetings along with Consultants; take meeting minutes and notes

Conduct plan reviews, fee benchmarking studies and provider RFPs

Participate in internal research projects and special client assignments as needed

Serve as advocate and liaison for client with custodians, recordkeepers and third party administrators
