Responsibilities
Support analyses and assessments during the development of strategic planning, command strategy, posture, readiness, risk assessments, and operational return on investments
Provide support to and conduct research and analysis on various USSOCOM and DOD requirements and processes that enable senior leader decision-making
Develop USSOCOM inputs into Risk Assessments, Strategic Readiness Assessment, and other requirements from OSD and JCS; and coordinate with the SOF enterprise for inputs and provide products for USSOCOM senior leaders
Qualification
Required
10-15+ years strategic and operational planning and analysis either military or civilian experience working with the military in the assessment and planning domains
Travel is required to various CONUS and/or OCONUS non-hazardous locations
A level of government security clearance is required for this position with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a position offer or removal
