Perform preventive and repair maintenance on diesel engines and emergency apparatus

Qualification

EVT CertificationDiesel engine maintenanceEmergency vehicle experienceASE CertificationsTrade School CertificatesBasic hand toolsWheeled toolboxTechnical training willingness

Required

EVT Certification required
2+ years' experience working on emergency vehicles
Must have the ability to perform preventive and repair maintenance on diesel engines and emergency apparatus
Technicians must own basic set of hand tools and wheeled toolbox suitable for daily use
Must have acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check

Preferred

ASE or OEM Certifications highly desirable
Trade School Certificates a plus
Willingness and ability to advance technical training and certification in emergency vehicle repair
