Responsibilities

Deliver and launch tools/solutions to collect, verify and deliver data/evaluations for a variety of GenAI use cases, including evaluation and improvement of Generative AI models and launches

Learn novel GenAI use cases to learn their data needs and identifying solutions leveraging the AI Data Platform

Work cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, UX/UXR and Operations teams

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions

Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in software development, design, and architecture

5 years of experience testing, and launching software products

5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent

3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction
