Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial properties
Handle plumbing repairs (leaks, faucets, toilets, drains, etc.)
Basic electrical work (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCI, etc.)
Interior/exterior painting and drywall repairs
Carpentry, door/hardware installation, minor roofing repairs
Turnover work between tenants (make-readies)
Occasional emergency/on-call response (extra pay)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven handyman/maintenance experience
Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs
Excellent communication skills – you'll interact directly with tenants, property managers, and owners
Reliable transportation and basic tools (we provide larger equipment and materials)
Ability to pass a background check
References required
