Accurately preparing and filing individual and business tax returns
Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines
Analyzing financial information
Assisting clients in understanding their tax obligations
Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws
Maintaining client confidentiality
Direct communication with clients to gather financial information and provide tax guidance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Tax Preparation and thorough knowledge of Tax Law
Experience with Financial Statements and Finance-related tasks
Strong understanding of general Tax principles and regulations
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing and interpreting financial data
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members
Proficiency in tax preparation software and computer systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
English required, Spanish preferred
EA or CPA preferred
