The role focuses on visual storytelling and digital content, involving the design and production of graphics for various media formats including podcasts, videos, and reports.

Responsibilities
Design and produce graphics for podcasts (cover art, promotional images, audiograms), videos (thumbnails, lower thirds, title cards, micro-videos), editorial articles (hero images, in-line graphics, CTAs), research reports (charts, graphs, infographics), and presentations (slides, visual aids)
Act as a brand steward, ensuring all creative assets are consistent with Workday and 'Forward Thinkers' visual branding
Help manage the team's creative asset library
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or multimedia creative (relevant internships count!)
A strong online portfolio showcasing design skills for digital and web-based projects
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, and InDesign)
A keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Basic knowledge of motion graphic creation (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (like Figma or Sketch)
An interest in B2B technology, AI, the future of work, and corporate storytelling
