Required
Strong, established relationships with rehabilitation centers
Strong, established relationships with hospitals
Strong, established relationships with case managers and discharge planners
Experience in the assisted living or senior care industry
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals
Experience in Sales and Marketing to effectively promote services and contribute to revenue growth
Proven track record in Sales, including the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
A passion for working with senior residents and their families
