Concrete Foreman

Gosnell Services LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Concrete Foreman to lead field operations on concrete construction projects. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating schedules and materials, maintaining quality control, and enforcing safety standards on active job sites.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily on-site crew operations, delegating tasks and setting performance goals
Conduct daily morning meetings to review schedules, assignments, and safety requirements
Communicate daily progress, scheduling needs, and issues with the Construction Manager
Assist with change orders and scope adjustments as required
Perform layout work, establish grades and elevations, and ensure accuracy throughout execution
Coordinate and schedule material deliveries in collaboration with the Construction Manager
Communicate with site superintendents to ensure proper coordination with other trades
Oversee all phases of concrete work, including prep, pouring, finishing, and saw cutting
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and jobsite safety requirements
Submit daily job reports, time entries, and progress photos using company systems

Required

10+ years of hands-on concrete construction experience
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
Extensive knowledge of concrete prep, pour, and finishing processes
Proficiency with concrete tools and equipment, including straight edge, bull float, vibra screed, and trowel machines (rider and walk-behind)
Proven leadership and communication skills for managing and motivating crews
