Ensuring successful execution
Client communication

Vendor management
Addressing client requirements to deliver high-quality events
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Event Planning and Event Management experience to organize and oversee events effectively
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members professionally
Sales experience with a focus on promoting and securing event bookings
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field
Familiarity with event management software or tools
