Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
Prospect, market, and promote listings using both traditional and digital strategies
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
Prepare and present comparative market analyses (CMAs)
Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to closing
Stay informed on local market trends, inventory, and regulations
Collaborate with team members to elevate the firm’s brand and client experience
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license in New York and/or Connecticut
Strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS platforms, and digital marketing tools
Valid Real Estate License
Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and knowledge of property market trends
Strong Sales and negotiation skills
Excellent Customer Service skills and client relationship management
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in residential or commercial real estate
