They are hiring a commission-only Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified conversations and support growth within a women-only coaching and training audience.

Responsibilities
Prospect into a defined ideal customer profile using LinkedIn, phone, and email
Initiate thoughtful, personalized outreach (no mass spam tactics)
Generate qualified opportunities and, where applicable, carry deals through to close
Optionally manage deals through the full sales cycle if you have closing experience
Maintain clean activity notes and contact records
Share feedback on messaging, objections, and buyer patterns
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to prospect, follow up, and book qualified conversations
Comfort working in a commission-only, performance-based role
Strong written communication skills (email and LinkedIn outreach)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred
Prior experience in SDR, outbound sales, or business development
