Work closely with leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Strategic Financial Planning
Proficiency in Risk Management, Compliance, and Regulatory Standards related to financial operations
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data for decision-making purposes
Leadership and Team Collaboration experience to effectively work with executive team members and stakeholders
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills for conveying financial insights and strategies effectively
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or CPA certification is highly desirable
Preferred
Prior experience as a CFO or in senior-level financial leadership roles
