Analyze deals (ARV, rehab estimates, cash flow, margins)
Submit and negotiate offers with sellers and listing agents
Coordinate inspections, due diligence, and escrow timelines
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth closings
Track deal pipeline and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Active California Real Estate License (required)
Willingness to hang license under our partnering brokerage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze numbers or willingness to be trained
Coachable, driven, and growth-oriented mindset
Experience level not required — training and support provided
