7+ years expDigisourced is a major U.S.-based consultancy seeking an experienced Epicor CMS Consultant to support and lead Epicor CMS implementations for manufacturing-focused clients. This fully remote role requires a hands-on Epicor specialist capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing ongoing support and enhancements.

Responsibilities
Lead and support Epicor CMS implementations, upgrades, and ongoing system optimization
Translate business requirements into Epicor CMS configurations and technical solutions
Configure and customize Epicor CMS to support manufacturing, supply chain, and operational workflows
Partner with client stakeholders (operations, IT, finance, manufacturing) to design scalable solutions
Troubleshoot system issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution
Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities
Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous improvement recommendations
Produce functional and technical documentation as required
Act as a subject matter expert on Epicor CMS best practices and capabilities
Qualification
Required
~7+ years of hands-on Epicor CMS experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., production, inventory, BOMs, scheduling)
Experience configuring and supporting Epicor CMS modules end-to-end
Ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into system solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Comfortable working remotely and managing priorities independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Experience with Epicor ERP (beyond CMS)
Exposure to integrations, reporting, or Epicor customizations
Experience supporting multi-site or complex manufacturing environments
