Responsibilities
Implement digital marketing strategies to connect with professionals seeking leadership education and personal growth solutions
Conduct scripted discovery calls to assess applicant fit, guiding potential clients toward the educational programs that best serve their goals
Actively engage with our proprietary leadership and mindset training materials to maintain a high level of product knowledge and personal alignment
Operate autonomously from a virtual portable office, managing your own schedule and strategic planning to meet performance targets
Participate in weekly global training calls to refine leadership skills, share best practices, and stay connected with a team of like-minded professionals
Qualification
Required
Passion for Growth: A genuine commitment to personal development, mindset mastery, and helping others realize their potential is essential
Communication: Strong command of written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate with empathy and professional authority
Self-Leadership: Proven ability to work autonomously and stay disciplined in a remote environment without direct supervision
