Full platform architecture across backend, frontend, AI, and voice systems
AI candidate scoring, tonality evaluation, and decision logic
Fully voiced AI interview workflows
Inbound and outbound recruiting pipelines
Cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance (PII & voice data)
Logging, monitoring, and operational reliability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Ownership of production SaaS platforms
Strong backend experience (Node.js / TypeScript preferred)
Experience with AI-driven systems (scoring, NLP, voice, or decision engines)
Experience with real-time or low-latency systems
Preferred
Voice / speech / conversational AI experience
Recruiting or HR tech experience
AWS scaling and reliability experience
Experience inheriting or rescuing existing platforms
