Manager / Team Lead - Church Management Systems
Christ's Church of the Valley is seeking an InterTech Manager / Team Lead for their Church Management Systems, focusing primarily on Rock RMS. The role involves ensuring effective operation of the CMS, providing technical support and training, and collaborating with various departments to enhance church engagement and community outreach.

Responsibilities
Support CCV’s evolving ministry and departmental CMS needs with a humble “can-do” posture
Passion for Data Integrity and Reporting, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Monitor CMS data quality, availability, and system performance
Collaborate with other CCV departments to maintain a roadmap of deliverables, ensuring shared visibility into CMS Capabilities and delivery timelines for key features
Deliver technical support for staff using the Rock CMS, addressing user issues promptly and effectively
Train and manage internal Rock support staff with a servant’s heart, demonstrating the level of commitment, compassion and service called for in serving the Lord
Conduct comprehensive ROCK training for all new staff members as part of the onboarding process
Work with the CMS Team to develop and update training materials and documentation to support ongoing staff development
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues to ensure seamless system operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for data integrity and technical concerns within the CMS
Partner with Rock RMS Developers, the CCV InterTech Dev Team, and ministry leadership to optimize system functionality and ministry engagement
Collaborate with staff to develop long-range plans for Rock RMS enhancements and future version adoption
Document and maintain best practices and written processes for ROCK data entry and maintenance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data integrity, including auditing, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing technical support and training to staff
Minimum of 1 year of experience troubleshooting and resolving data issues to ensure smooth system operations
Minimum of 1 year of experience (or willingness and ability to learn) systems administration functions needed in the support and maintenance of servers in Microsoft Azure
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Be flexible and available to support the church in the event of CMS Issues or Outages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and ministry teams
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Adaptability to changing technology and ministry needs
Preferred
Experience working within a Christian Non-Profit workplace
Experience with application, use, and support of Rock CHMS/RMS at a similar sized church
