Riot Platforms, Inc. is a Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure company focused on a vertically integrated strategy. They are seeking a Miner Maintenance Technician 1 to repair and troubleshoot Bitcoin miners, directly supporting operations at their Corsicana, TX location.

Responsibilities

Perform basic diagnostic techniques to all miners on-site

Perform basic repair techniques to all miners on-site

Assist in keeping inventory of miners, parts, and tools

Find IP addresses of all new machines that are being installed into shelves

Provide complete information for work orders to be submitted to supervisor

Keep the miner repair room and work area clean and organized

Craft new RJ-45 connections

Be confident when reciting terminology that is relevant in the industry

Required

High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience

Computer literacy is required

Excellent multitasking skills

Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Excellent problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Ability to bring attention clearly and promptly to any major errors in the Data Center that involve the Miner Maintenance team

Preferred

Experience with Networking and Computer troubleshooting is preferred

Miner repair/Operator Certifications are a plus
