They are seeking a Business Analyst II to lead customer partnerships and technical execution, focusing on successful implementations of their SaaS platform by gathering requirements and configuring systems.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering sessions with customers to understand business processes and needs
Configure the AbsenceSoft platform to align with customer requirements
Oversee data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation activities
Provide training and support to customers during onboarding
Partner with Project Managers to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
Identify risks, issues, or gaps in customer readiness and escalate as appropriate
Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvement initiatives
Serve as a subject matter expert for specific product modules or features
Maintain company controls, security, and compliance responsibilities within your role

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field—or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience in business analysis, SaaS implementation, or HR technology consulting
Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, and customer engagement skills
Demonstrated experience with data migration, validation, and reporting
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical thinker who can translate business needs into technical solutions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player who can also work independently

Preferred

Experience implementing HRIS, benefits, or leave management systems is a plus
Familiarity with compliance-focused or highly configurable SaaS platforms
Exposure to project management or Agile methodologies
