Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, and assisting with financial reporting
Maintaining financial documentation
Supporting audits
Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in general accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes, payment processing, and invoice management
Ability to maintain and organize financial documentation, as well as support internal and external audit processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
Preferred
JobBOSS experience a plus
Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus
