The role involves supporting the PR team with analytics, reporting, and various administrative tasks related to public relations for the Americas.

Responsibilities

Support the PR team with a strong focus on analytics, reporting, and administrative tasks

Monitor and track press clippings across diverse categories, including fashion, corporate, beauty, celebrity, and influencer coverage

Manage DMR rankings, analysis, and reports, including generating weekly and monthly rankings and providing comprehensive competitive and brand analysis across print, web, and social media platforms

Collaborate cross-functionally with local and international communications team members to develop impactful internal and external reports and presentations (e.g., Share of Voice analysis, Editorial Briefings, Weekly Press Recaps, Show and Event Reporting)

Maintain and update communications department contact lists and the magazine archive for all public relations functions

Provide invaluable support for brand image events and press days as needed

Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for key reporting and analytics tools, including DMR, Muckrack, and Wearisma
