Responsibilities
Complete make ready maintenance
Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards
Assist with building and common area maintenance
Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment
32 hours per week at Powers Ridge plus possibly 8 hours/the 5th work day per week floating to our southern properties
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment
Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to communicate in English
Preferred
EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required
