Responsibilities

Deliver Top-Notch Service: Impress our customers with your upbeat attitude and dedication to quality service
Drive & Load With Care: Collaborate with your team to safely and efficiently operate and load trucks
Remove Unwanted Items: Tackle both light and heavy lifting during residential and commercial cleanouts
Promote Sales: Be a brand ambassador—offer honest estimates and represent us with professionalism
Prioritize Safety: Follow safety guidelines and always maintain a polished, uniformed appearance
Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement

Qualification

Sales experienceCustomer servicePhysical fitnessTeam collaborationClear communication

Required

21+ years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun, physical working environment
Able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly
Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially

Preferred

Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
Previous experience in sales, moving, driving, warehouse, construction, customer service, maintenance and landscaping
