Senior LevelXDC Ventures (XVC.Tech) is a $125mn fund focused on investing in early-stage Web3 start-ups. The Venture Partner will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, managing investment portfolios, and providing strategic guidance to mature Web3 projects as well as web2 to web3 transformations.

Fostering relationships with potential investors
Supporting the growth and development of portfolio companies
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Investments and Venture Investing and Angel Investing
Solid experience in Portfolio Management and Finance
Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
US Passport or Green Card is preferred. We do not intend to sponsor work visa
Preferred
Experience in the Web3 or blockchain sector is a plus
