EHR Helpdesk Analyst 2nd Shift
Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide advanced technical support for Epic EHR and clinical applications across 13 state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities. The role involves troubleshooting Epic and non-Epic issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring system reliability.

Responsibilities
Support Epic applications, workflows, access, and integration issues
Provide remote desktop support (computers, printers, mobile devices)
Manage incidents via ServiceNow, ensure SLA compliance
Assist with Epic account provisioning, role/security requests
Collaborate with informatics, analysts, and technical teams
Document procedures, provide user training, support go-live/upgrade events
Qualification
Required
2+ yrs Epic technical support in healthcare/clinical environment
Proficient with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
Strong knowledge of EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
Preferred
Epic certification and experience in Epic modules
