Completion of work orders in accordance with high-quality standards
Work with hand and power tools, chemicals, and heavy machinery
Qualification
Required
At least three years of experience in general hotel, apartment or building maintenance
Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical systems, boiler and mechanical systems
Must have Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (ACR)
